Taylor Springthorpe receives her PPF Award Certificate for winning the Nepal 2020 Portable Handwashing Unit Design Challenge.
Taylor has just completed the Bachelor of Design (Architecture) at the University of Newcastle and is taking a year out from her studies before returning to do the Master of Architecture.
While working in an architectural office, she is also working with the PPF technical team to build a prototype unit in Australia, before sending the final design and specifications to Nepal for further development and trialling in real life situations.
