The annual Paul Pholeros Foundation Fellowship provides an opportunity for a team of plumber and architectural graduate to work with their local counterparts on sanitation projects in Nepal.

Projects vary from year to year and focus on sanitation inspection and upgrading in rural villages and health facilities. The PPF team will work with local personnel to develop a plumbing manual that can be used internally as a training resource.

The duration of stay in Nepal is one month. The team lives locally near the project site and contributes to skills improvement of local teams, while at the same time learning about the life and culture of the people in this amazing country.
